Two Foods That Kill Fat

The two foods that kill fat are; Whole Eggs and Avocadoes.  And no I am not saying you have to eat them together; but I can say they are delicious.  What these foods do is curb your appetite for several hours after eating them.

Mexican Omelet

Many times when people hear the word “omelet” they think “time consuming breakfast”, but this favorite meal takes me no time at all to put together and makes me feel energized and fully satiated for almost the entire morning.

Ingredients
· 2 whole organic eggs
· ¼ whole avocado
· 1-2 tbsp natural salsa
· 1 tsp Coconut oil

Directions
Heat oil in small pan over medium heat. Scramble eggs in bowl and add to pan to make omelet. In a separate bowl, mash avocado and mix in the salsa. Once the omelet is cooked through, transfer to a plate. Add avocado/salsa mixture to center of omelet and fold over. Enjoy!
